The Windsors Coronation Special | Preview (Channel 4)

The Windsors are back - and they're more deluded and dysfunctional than ever before!

Plus there's the small matter of one of them being crowned King... Charles' (Harry Enfield) whole life has building up to this moment, and he's desperate for the UK's first coronation in 70 years to be a spectacular affair with all the pomp and circumstance he thinks he deserves.

As does Queen Consort Camilla (Haydn Gwynne), who can't wait to drape herself in diamonds and fur. Sadly, the UK's in the middle of the Cozzie Livs, and Wills (Hugh Skinner) thinks the coronation should reflect these more frugal times.

Meanwhile, with an eyebrow-raising book and Netflix series behind them, Harry (Richard Goulding) and Meghan (Kathryn Drysdale) are finally free of Windsor family politics to concentrate on their simple life in California. But can they really afford to miss Harry's dad's crowning moment?

Elsewhere, Kate (Louise Ford) and Sophie Wessex (Anna Morris) offend Pippa (Morgana Robinson); Beatrice (Ellie White) and Eugenie (Celeste Dring) worry that they're no longer essential royals; and Anne (Vicki Pepperdine) and Edward (Matthew Cottle) have some unique thoughts about their big bro's big day.

The Windsors return Sunday 30th April at 9pm on Channel 4.
