The Rap Game UK | Series 5 Preview (BBC Three)

DJ Target and Krept and Konan launch the latest search for the UK’s next rap star. For the first time ever, a duo is among the artists competing for £20,000.

The Rap Game UK, based on one of the US’s most successful music formats, is produced by Naked (a Fremantle label) and was created and is distributed by A+E Networks.

Throughout each series, we join the trio on their search to find the UK’s best unsigned rapper, and with all to play for the MCs will be guest mentored by some of the biggest names in the UK music scene – series 4 saw guest appearances from Unknown T, Shaybo, BackRoad Gee, Leomie Anderson, D-Block Europe, Lethal Bizzle, Jaykae, and more.

After a solid first challenge, the artists prepare a track about an issue close to their hearts, but a domino effect causes some issues with the performances resulting in a unique ranking session and a serious warning about what’s to come. Guest mentor is Rimzee.

The Rap Game UK returns Monday 6th November at 9pm on BBC Three.
