Media personality Katie Price explores her mental health and diagnosis of having PTSD in this one-off documentary, filmed in the aftermath of last year's car accident that hit headlines.

Katie discusses what drove her to total breaking point and what steps she's now taking to prevent a return to those dark days. As Katie investigates the complex condition of PTSD, she speaks candidly for the first time about her condition.

Katie's mum, Amy, speaks emotionally about her worries for her daughter alongside her stepdad, Paul, who speaks for the first time about his concern for Katie.

Katie is currently having weekly therapy sessions and, as she continues her recovery programme, we hear what triggers Katie and causes her mental health to deteriorate as she asks how she can stop herself from spiralling out of control again.

'I owe it to myself and my children to get better and never allow myself to go into such a dark place again.'

In this unflinching and revealing film, Katie also meets others who have experienced PTSD, as they share their personal experiences with her.
