Kirstie & Phil's Love It Or List It | Series 11 Preview (Channel 4)

The plucky property dream team, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer, will return in competition to help families who have fallen out of love with their house.

Once again Kirstie will be firmly positioned in camp ‘love it’ and encouraging families to stay put and revamp their current property while Phil is still team ‘list it’ and trying to convince them that ‘listing’ their house for sale and moving is the only way.

After listening to their issues and embarking on a fact finding mission to see how they use their house the super competitive duo will be helping a new host of couples with their housing hitches.

Kirstie & Phil's Love It Or List It returns Wednesday 7th January at 8pm on Channel 4.
