Jimmy Doherty's New Zealand Escape | Preview (Channel 4)

New series which sees Jimmy take a trip to New Zealand, to meet and work alongside the farmers and produce makers who are turning a passion for great food into an enviable lifestyle.

His country-wide adventure begins on the southern island of Stewart where he learns to gravity-fish for the local restaurant trade and gains a deeper understanding of how smarter fishing for a targeted catch of eight tonnes a year makes more money than an eighty tonnes a year net haul.

Jimmy Doherty's New Zealand Escape begins Monday 18th September on Channel 4.
