You are cordially invited to check in for a five star stay at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As it enters its 55th year, this iconic yet discreet hotel in the heart of London’s Mayfair has thrown open its doors to cameras for the very first time.

From the decadent Presidential Suite to Michelin-starred restaurant Pavyllon London, expect an exclusive access-all-areas look around one of London’s most luxurious destinations, learn the secrets of five star service and meet the many characters who work day and night to ensure a stay at Four Seasons is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
In the first episode, we enjoy a full day in the life of Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, meeting all the brilliant characters who eat, sleep and breathe Four Seasons, and keep the hotel running like clockwork, 24/7.
The episode starts with the morning shift. We meet the fabulous in-house florist Ros who prepares the famous lobby and room decorations, Boomy the carpet whisperer whose job is to clean every carpet in the hotel, and sample breakfast in restaurant Pavyllon London where chef Sian shares the secrets behind the viral breakfast sensation the 'croast’.
As afternoon approaches, new guests check in, such as returning guest Mr. McIntyre who is welcomed by the most famous face of the hotel, doorman Martin, and front of house manager, George. Meanwhile Assistant House-keeping manager, Gyorgy, has a nightmare with a squeaking wardrobe door and an offensive dent in a room wall, and the Head of Guest Experience, born-and-bred Italian Andrea la Morella, readies the exclusive Presidential suite for a VIP stay.
The evening brings a Michelin-star dining experience at the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Pavyllon London, where guests can enjoy a curated six-course tasting menu presented by the chefs themselves while seated at the counter. But once the day shift clocks off and the night shift clocks on, anything could happen.
As dawn breaks over Park Lane, in house florist, Ros, is once again on an early morning mission to Covent Garden flower market to source enough stems for a new lobby display, before the cycle of a day in the life of Four Seasons begins all over again.
Inside The Four Seasons Park Lane begins Sunday 23rd February at 9pm on Channel 5.
