Gemma And Gorka: Life Behind The Lens | Preview (W)

Celebrity couple, Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez are back for a new second series and their Spancunian family has grown.

Seven years after finding love on Strictly Come Dancing, they have just welcomed their second child Tio and you know what they say – “two’s a zoo!”. Gemma is enjoying the last of her maternity leave and this series finds her juggling fashion shoots, awards ceremonies, and television appearances, with four-year-old Mia’s new school run and Tio’s feeding schedule.

Before they know it, Gemma will be returning full time to HITS Radio and Gorka will be back on the road for the Strictly Pro tour. How will everyone adjust to the new routine and new reality?

The series kicks off with a ‘Manic Monday’ for the family of four. After the school run, Gemma heads off for a fashion shoot at a spa hotel, where she delights in feeling glamorous again - and there’s no chance of sick on her PJs! Gorka’s new adventure is a judging role on Bailando con las Estrellas, the Spanish version of Strictly Come Dancing.

As he prepares to head for Madrid for the weekend, it’ll still taking some getting used to, for Mia especially. Left alone with the kids and dogs, Gemma is back in mum mode. A girl’s night in is just what’s needed as Gemma and Mia watch Gorka’s judging debut.
