Comedian Alan Davies invites four very funny and talented guests to join him around a table and chat.

It’s as simple as that - completely unscripted, unprepared and unrehearsed. Series seven guests include Sue Perkins, Russell Kane, London Hughes, Jessica Hynes, Johnny Vegas, Ellie Taylor, Rachel Parris, Josh Pugh, Ed Byrne and Alex Jones.

Joining Alan Davies at the table for the first epsiode are is actor, comedian, writer and presenter, Sue Perkins; award winning hot shot comic, Lara Ricote; cutting edge stand-up, Jamali Maddix and the Mancunian ray of sunshine that is Josh Jones.

The conversation ricochets between revelations about nuns, nun chucks, Mexican soap royalty, hallucinogens, sun beds and foam parties… Bauer’s Bar, the new digital companion to this series, is hosted by Helen Bauer and available on UKTV Play.
