POMPEII: BBC TWO COMMISSION THREE-PART SERIES

BBC Two have commissioned Pompeii (w/t), a 3x60' series which will explore and investigate Roman discoveries as they are unearthed and tell the historical stories of people who witnessed the eruption of Mount Vesuvius.
The series will be produced by by Lion TV. It's Chief Creative Officer Richard Bradley said: "We don’t know what [the dig] will find but we do know the BBC wants new ways of hearing these stories." The commission was originally reported by Deadline.
