MR BURTON
Monday, BBC One
Film biopic that tells the true story of the relationship between Port Talbot schoolmaster Philip Burton and a wild young schoolboy called Richard Jenkins, the son of a wayward drunk.
Richard dreamed of becoming an actor, but his ambitions were in danger of being derailed by a combination of family trouble, the pressure of war, and his own lack of discipline. Mr Burton recognised the raw talent in Richard and made it his mission to fight for him, becoming his tutor, strict taskmaster and, eventually, his adoptive father.
 CAROLINE FLACK: THE SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH
Monday, Disney+
This powerful two-part Disney+ documentary follows Caroline’s mother, Christine, as she investigates the truth about her daughter’s final months – uncovering new shocking details, asking difficult questions, and exposing the misrepresentations, pressures, and failures from institutions and decision makers that shaped Caroline’s final days.
With access to powerful testimony from Caroline’s inner circle and those who were there, the series tells the story she never got to share and reveals an unprecedented look at what really happened to Caroline Flack.

In each episode, Mel Giedroyc invites a different celebrity to read an erotic piece of new creative writing where the celeb is the lead protagonist. Each character in the story is brought to life by a band of puppets voiced entirely by the celebrity and Mel. In each fanciful, unique story, the puppet versions of the celebrities will encounter romance, scandal, mystery, intrigue, and farce, with Mel finding out from the real-life celebrity just what they make of their fictionalised exploits.

Host Romesh Ranganathan returns with team captains Jamie Redknapp and Jill Scott and series regular Micah Richards. Airing weekly, the series will also include an array of brilliant guests and incredible challenges - including an epic record-breaking attempt - making the show’s 20th edition the best yet.

At her best friend Marjorie’s funeral, Cynthia Jackson - mid-70s, bold and stylish - shocks her daughter Amanda with her refusal to play the frail widow. But when Cynthia collapses, Amanda insists she move into Cedar Wood Retirement Village for her safety.
Cynthia bristles at the village’s rules (‘no antisocial behaviour’, ‘no noise after 9pm’), but quickly finds a rebellious ally in another resident, Mary. Together, they strike against the rules one by one - hosting strip bridge, dabbling with narcotics in the greenhouse, and causing chaos with exotic pets. Amid the fun, Cynthia discovers Frank Davies, a charismatic former singer and her long-ago fling, lives next door. But their reunion also reopens old wounds.

Comedian Alan Carr returns to host the fun and frantic quiz show where every question is a picture and every picture is worth cash. They could be anything from famous faces, places or brands, and teams need to name them all for a Picture Slam.
Playing this week are mother and daughter Angie and Mollie from Liverpool, friends Sean and Lee from Whitstable, and couple Emily and Christopher from Llanelli. They’ll be battling it out across four rounds against the clock, but only one team can make it to the final Super Slam and the chance to win £10,000.

Life appears perfect in Richford Lake for super-mum turned author Juliet Lonsdale and self-made businesswoman Lorna Gibbons until their daughters Grace and Allegra are accused by their school of filming a provocative video. The girls deny it, but it’s clear they’re lying, and we realise that scandal, danger and intrigue sit just beneath the surface of this perfect town.
