The contestants face two dances apiece as they try to win the favour of judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood - and the viewers at home - if they are to be in with a chance of winning.

As well as trying to catch the glorious grayling, Bob is also going to try to ignite the joy of Christmas in Paul, who thinks the magic of the season has been long lost to commercialism.

Now, in a year when travel abroad has been all but forbidden, he is heading to the Hebrides to find out if you can really have a proper adventure so close to home, spending a week visiting the isles of Skye, Harris and Lewis. Guiding him through the journey will be Donald Macsween, or Sweeney to his friends, a local crofter from the far north of Lewis - a place that lies as far north as Greenland.
