The presenter provides festive consumer advice beginning with a guide to toys. He visits a school to see if the classic Rubik's Cube can compete with modern equivalents. Christopher Biggins joins a group of families to test out the latest board games, Angellica Bell and Dallas Campbell test out new educational toys for different age ranges, and Dancing on Ice's Matt Evers road tests inline skates. Plus, consumer journalist Harry Wallop presents a guide to advent calendars.

Richard Osman's House Of Games Night

Comedian Roisin Conaty, ex-footballer Jermaine Jenas, comedian Jason Manford and comedy actress Jennifer Saunders test their general knowledge skills in a variety of fun trivia-based games. Host Richard has some surprises up his sleeve, including a House of Games House Band, a sneaky peak at some other rooms in his House of Games and a few surprise, special guests. A weekly winner will be declared following a quick-fire round at the end of the show as the scores are tallied across the five-part series, resulting in an overall champion being crowned.
