Don't Rock The Boat

Mon-Fri, 9pm/9:15pm, ITV

Freddie Flintoff and AJ Odudu present as 12 celebrities set out to row the entire length of Britain, with the two teams of six battling it out over more than 500 miles. In the first instalment, Tom Watson, Denise Lewis, Jodie Kidd, Craig Charles, Fleur East, Joe Weller, Jack Fincham, Lucy Fallon, Victoria Pendleton, Shaun Wallace, Adam Thomas and Kimberly Wyatt are split into two crews before facing their first epic leg at sea by rowing 90 nautical miles from St Ives to Pembroke, battling sea sickness and exhaustion on this 30-hour journey.


Educating Greater Manchester

Tuesday 9:15pm & Wednesday 9pm, Channel 4

The documentary series following life at Harrop Fold School returns three years on, featuring a new generation of year sevens who already have a reputation among staff members for mischief. The new series also catches up with youngsters from the 2017 series, who are now moving into year 10. The school is on high alert after a member of the public calls in, claiming to have seen a pupil with a knife, forcing Mr Povey and his staff to instigate bag searches.


Alton Towers: A Rollercoaster Year

Tuesday, 10:15pm, Channel 4

Documentary following the reopening of the theme park after a long period of closure due to Covid-19. Staff have only 12 days to ensure that the rides are both fully operational and comply with new health and safety guidelines, which requires some major rethinking. The programme follows both employees returning to work after months on furlough as well as families visiting the park for some much-needed escapism after being in lockdown.


Children In Need: 40 Fabulous Years

Wednesday, 8pm, BBC One

Ade Adepitan takes viewers on a funny, poignant and revealing tour across four decades of Children in Need.


The Emily Atack Show

Wednesday, 10pm, ITV2

The actress and television personality hosts a show about the trials and tribulations of modern life, featuring sketches, stand-up and impressions. In the first episode, Emily tackles the theme of dating, and opens up about her own experiences, from being single to one-night stands, and also shares her top tips for flirting.
