PREVIEW: Come Dine With Me Paralympics Special, Channel 4

In the lead up to the Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020, five stars of the games take it in turns to throw a dinner party. But this is no ordinary supper, as the guests are secretly scoring the host and at the end of the week the winner nets £1000 for a charity of their choice.

First up, Paralympic dressage champion Natasha Baker hopes to ride off with the £1000 with a winning performance of winter-warming food and old-fashioned entertainment for her guests: judoka Chris Skelley, flying enthusiast and sports presenter Arthur Williams, wheelchair basketball player Amy Conroy and retired swimmer-turned-motivational speaker Liz Johnson.

With an evening of home-cooked food and old-fashioned family entertainment, we get an insight to Paralympic life from friends old and new. But can Natasha deliver a gold medal-winning performance?
