First up, Paralympic dressage champion Natasha Baker hopes to ride off with the £1000 with a winning performance of winter-warming food and old-fashioned entertainment for her guests: judoka Chris Skelley, flying enthusiast and sports presenter Arthur Williams, wheelchair basketball player Amy Conroy and retired swimmer-turned-motivational speaker Liz Johnson.
With an evening of home-cooked food and old-fashioned family entertainment, we get an insight to Paralympic life from friends old and new. But can Natasha deliver a gold medal-winning performance?
