NO PLACE LIKE HOME RETURNS TO CHANNEL 5 WITH THREE NEW EPISODES

Channel 5 have revealed three more episodes of No Place Like Home are to air, and confirmed the celebrity line-up.

Each episode sees a celebrity learning more about themselves and the places they called ‘home’ as they explore the areas that made them. The first half of the most recent series featured Fern Britton, Victoria Derbyshire and Ben Miller.

The second half of series two will see Amanda Abbington, JJ Chalmers and Chris Kamara take a walk down memory lane returning to the neighbourhoods where they grew up, discovering the history that was on their doorstep all along.

The series travels across the UK, withJJ Chalmers heading to Edinburgh; Chris Kamara visiting Middlesbrough; Fern Britton going back in time to Buckinghamshire and Amanda Abbington to Hertfordshire.

Daniel Pearl, Commissioning Editor, Unscripted, at Channel 5 said earlier this year: “We are so pleased to be recommissioning No Place Like Home. The first series performed brilliantly for us, and we hope that it will establish itself as yet another new returnable factual hit series for Channel 5”

No Place Like Home airs on Channel 5, with broadcast details for the new episodes to be announced in due course.
