MOTDx AXED BY BBC AFTER FOUR YEARS

The BBC have confirmed that it has axed Match Of The Day spin-off series MOTDx after four years.

MOTDx was presented by Jermaine Jenas, each week joined by guests to bring you football, music and culture from around the Premier League, and they get up close and personal with those at the very top.

A BBC spokesperson said (via The Telegraph): "We have made some changes to our football output this season which means we will be producing even more digital content for audiences across BBC Sport platforms. Whilst we are proud of MOTDx and would like to thank everyone involved, it will no longer continue."
