MONEYBAGS: CRAIG CHARLES TO FRONT NEW CHANNEL 4 GAMESHOW

The Gadget Show's Craig Charles is to present new primetime Channel 4 quiz Moneybags.

The show sees individual players face off against each other where they key to success is quick thinking, sound judgement and a little knowledge.

The bags each contain between £1,000 and £100,000 - depending on the contents of the bags, some will see the contestants take home the cash, and others will see them disqualified. The total jackpot is one million pounds.

Craig said: "I'm over the moon to announce that I'm hosting Moneybags, a big money quiz for Channel 4."

A source added to The Sun: "When those bags start moving along the conveyor belt that's exactly how much money is contained inside. The contestants just have to be very smart and more than a little lucky."

The show will film in Manchester this Summer and is expected to air later this year. To apply, click here.
