MARY BERRY RETURNS TO BBC TWO WITH COOK AND SHARE

Dame Mary Berry returns with Mary Berry Cook And Share, a brand new series celebrating what drives her lifelong passion of cooking - the joy of sharing her food, her knowledge and her love of company.

Mary will travel to some of her favourite locations across the UK to meet others who come together over food, as part of family celebrations, to bring communities and generations together, and as the pinnacle of summer festivals and events.

Dame Mary Berry says: “Sharing recipes is always an utter joy for me and this series is the ultimate guide, whether you are cooking for a crowd or just for two. I'm loving visiting some spectacular parts of the country at extraordinary events, gatherings and beautiful locations for this new series...

Across six episodes, Mary will inspire and delight with her sharing recipes, from a hearty Minted Lamb Casserole, perfect for a crowd, or a delicious Tear And Share Bread that will please everyone, to a Roasting Tin Spiced Chicken that’s easy no matter the number, and a quick as a flash Eggy Bread Avocado & Ham Toastie that’s tasty for one but will keep several hungry mouths happy too.

Mary’s Salted Caramel Cake, Honeycomb Chocolate Rocky Road and Chocolate Truffle Cake are just a few of her sweet treats that are made to bring people together to enjoy.

Mary returns to cook her recipes in her mother’s homeland of Scotland during the excitement of a summer weekend in Edinburgh, explores the incredible ingredients to be found on Dorset's Jurassic coast, and enjoys the buzz of Birmingham’s city centre.

Whether she is joined by family or meeting new friends, passing on her skills or learning from others, this heartwarming series sees Mary Berry delight in adventure and relish the joy of being able to cook and share with others once again.
