Long Lost Family | Series 15 Preview (ITV1)

The BAFTA Award-winning documentary series returns to ITV for its 15th series as presenters Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell reunite more family members with their missing loved ones.

Together with a team of trained intermediaries, DNA experts and investigators, Nicky and Davina find people that previously couldn’t be traced and answer questions that have haunted their entire lives.

The first episode of the new series celebrates the bond between brothers. In the first case, Lee Sharp's adoptive parents had told him that he was a foundling, but the team discovers this isn't true and a sibling he never knew he had.

In the second case, Peter MacDonald's father snatched him from his mother's arms as a baby as a train carrying her and his older brother Trevor pulled out of Preston station. After 58 years of longing, Peter wants to see his brother again.

Long Lost Family returns Thursday 18th September at 9pm on ITV1.
