Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer return to help more house-hunters find the perfect home in the perfect location.
In the first episode of this new series, they're in the East Midlands helping two couples at different stages in life.
Phil is searching with Lloyd and Karina, who have stayed at their respective parents' houses whilst saving for a place of their own. They're after the rural feel of villages around Northampton, but want to be close to both Lloyd's parents, and transport links to London for work. When Phil accidentally divides them on which house they like the best, it's all to play for on the final viewing.
Meanwhile, Kirstie's with Helen and Richard, who fell in love later in life but it's not all been rosy. Since they met, they've both lost parents and are managing a care home during lockdown.
Knowing they desperately need to get out of rented, and that it's all about the kitchen diner for former chef Richard, Kirstie needs to both wow them and give them food for thought with the houses she lines up.
