JONATHAN ROSS UNCOVERS MYTHS AND LEGENDS FOR MORE4 TRAVELOGUE

The ITV chatshow host and The Masked Singer star is to front a new travel series of More4.

The 4x60' series will see Jonathan Ross journey across the country to uncover some of the most interesting tales in folklore and mythology and explore the country's most infamous myths and legends.

Amongst the stories explored in the series are Tabitha Aykroyd, the housekeeper to the Bronte literary family of Haworth. On his trip, Jonathan was treated to a ride on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.

Jonathan said: "I have always been fascinated by the poetry and the truths that are to be found in folklore and mythology...

"So its been an absolute pleasure travelling round Britain meeting an amazing array of diverse and enthusiastic people who all share that interest...

"I have made some fascinating new friends who all keep the legends alive in their own ways, as well as meeting old acquaintances keen to share their love and knowledge of the subject. And the scenery was amazing."

More details will be revealed in due course. The commission was originally reported by The Sun.
