ITV SCHEDULE CHANGES: MONDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2022

Schedule changes following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.



Good Morning Britain will start at 0600 and run until 1000, presented by Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard. At 1000 an ITV News Special will present The King’s Tour - Westminster.


At 1100 a special This Morning will be on air presented by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, featuring stories and memories from people who met and encountered The Queen during her reign.

At 1300 there will be an ITV News Special: Queen Elizabeth II: Lying At Rest which will continue throughout the afternoon.


Late afternoon programming will follow at 1630 with Tipping Point: Best Ever Finals; at 1700 The Chase, before returning to Regional News at 1800 and an extended ITV Evening News at 1830 which will run through early evening until 2000.

At 2000 ITV will return to scheduled programming with Coronation Street (episode originally scheduled for Friday 9 September) and The Suspect at 2100.


There is an extended ITV News At Ten at 2200 and then at 2300 another chance to see the documentary narrated by Mary Nightingale, Queen Elizabeth II looking at the life of the Queen with interviews with relatives and commentators.
