ITV DAYTIME TO AIR OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD AND CHRISTMAS DAY

TV Zone understands that for the fourth consecutive year, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and This Morning will be on air for Christmas Day morning specials.

Good Morning Britain will be on air from 7am with Susanna Reid and Ben Shepherd expected to host, following Lorraine at 9am and This Morning at 12pm.

ITV have not announced who will be hosting This Morning, however it's expected to be Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond. Loose Women is expected to air specials between Christmas and New Year.

Emma Gormley, Managing Director ITV Daytime said last year: "It wouldn’t be Christmas at ITV Daytime without the return of our Christmas Day special shows from Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and This Morning - all returning this Christmas morning..."

ITV Daytime airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
