I Literally Just Told You, Channel 4’s primetime comedy gameshow presented by Jimmy Carr, is to return for a new series.

The new series, though not formally greenlit by the broadcaster, is set to film next year. The most recent series, which aired last Summer, was filmed in 2023. The delay in filming for its next series is understood to be due to diary dates, but the show still remains on Channel 4's programming slate.
In each episode of I Literally Just Told You, four contestants have the opportunity to compete for a cash prize of up to £25,000 by answering questions that have been written live as the show is being filmed.
The questions can be about absolutely anything that happens during the show, from a celebrity cameo to an off the cuff joke or even something one of the contestants has shared about themselves.
The show, which was created by Richard Bacon and produced by Expectation, has seen audiences grow with each series on both linear viewing and streaming since its debut in 2021 across four series and celebrity specials.
I Literally Just Told You is available to stream on Channel 4.
