GRAND NATIONAL 2026: ITV COVERAGE PLANS, PROGRAMMING AND PRESENTERS

Ed Chamberlin presents coverage of the 4.00 Grand National from Aintree, the most prestigious race on the British calendar. Nick Rockett was ridden to victory by Patrick Mullins last year at a price of 33/1.

This year is part of a previously agreed three year deal by ITV to show exclusive, free to air coverage of UK horse racing until the end of 2026. Last tear, ITV agreed a new four-year deal to show exclusive, free-to-air coverage of UK horse racing from 2027 until the end of 2030.

117 days of live coverage will be shown across ITV1, ITV4, STV and STV Player - all simulcast on ITVX - along with the morning racing programme The Opening Show.
