BAKE OFF RETURNS: CHANNEL 4 RELEASES FIRST LOOK TRAILER AHEAD OF NEW SERIES

Channel 4’s trail for the hotly anticipated new series of The Great British Bake Off will air this evening, giving fans the first glimpse of the new presenting line up of the hit show.

The joyful trail will be the first chance for fans to see Alison Hammond in the Bake Off tent alongside co-host Noel Fielding, and judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood. The playful new animated film follows a cheerful group of ingredients embarking on an epic journey to the iconic Bake Off tent.

Upon reaching the tent, the sweet ingredients accomplish their dream, becoming part of the iconic chocolate and raspberry cake fans can see in the opening titles. It is not long before the finished cake is devoured by the judges and presenters.

The trail will first air on Channel 4 at 6.58pm this evening (30th August). Alison Hammond said: "It’s Official!! It’s happening The Great British Bake off ! let’s have it - The cake that is. So excited!
