DOCTORS 'DROPPED FROM PRIMETIME BBC TWO SLOT' AFTER EIGHT WEEKS
Doctors' primetime repeat showing on BBC Two has seemingly been dropped from the scheduled after just eight weeks.

The BBC One daytime drama was given a primetime repeat showing at 7pm on weekdays on BBC Two from March 2022, when schedules also changed for EastEnders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
Now, as first reported by the Metro, the primetime showing of Doctor's has seemingly been dropped from the schedules. Thought reasons have not been given, according to previous reports, the show had been pulling in disappointing ratings at 7pm, several times lower than the slot average.
Speaking earlier this year about the changes, the BBC's Head Of Continuing Drama, Kate Oates, said: "We’re delighted that, from 7th March, there will be new regular time slots for EastEnders on BBC One, and Doctors on BBC Two. At 7pm time slot gives a whole new audience chance to enjoy the drama in Letherbridge."
The BBC have not commented at time of writing. Doctors continues weekdays on BBC One daytime.
