DOCTORS: CELEBRATORY DOCUMENTARY TO AIR AFTER FINAL EPISODE ON BBC ONE
The final episode of daytime soap Doctors will air on Thursday 14th November at 2pm on BBC One, with the BBC also announcing a documentary celebrating 24 years of the popular daytime soap opera.
This half-hour, one-off programme will showcase key moments and achievements across the lifetime of this unique drama through interviews with the cast and crew that have made it possible. It will also highlight the behind-the-scenes work that goes into producing the long-running series.
The final episode of Doctors sees Rob gets worried when Ruhma lands herself in hot water, Graham has become a partner and all is lost, while Scarlett’s in no mood to celebrate her birthday.

"With a flat licence-fee, the BBC’s funding challenges mean we have to make tough choices in order to deliver greater value to audiences. We remain fully committed to the West Midlands and all of the funding for Doctors will be reinvested into new programming in the region...
"We would like to thank all the Doctors cast and crew who have been involved in the show since 2000. We know the crucial role Doctors has played in nurturing talent, and we will work to develop new opportunities to support skills in scripted programming..."
