JOEL & HANNAH DOMMETT TO PILOT NEW DATING SHOW

The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett and his wife Hannah Cooper-Dommett are to present a pilot recording for a new dating format later this month (January).

The untitled dating show, which will record at MediaCity on Tuesday 31 January (audience tickets available via Lost In TV), lets "singletons step into the world’s first real-life dating app".

A teaser shares: "Our unique match-making device will be trying to find a perfect pair live in the studio, using a series of funny, revealing and provocative questions. So, get ready for big laughs, outrageous confessions and intriguing insights as we put everything we think we know about modern dating to the test."

This is not the first pilot the couple and podcast hosts have recorded. In 2021, Joel & Hannah presented a pilot for a new gameshow format titled Stacking It!, which was described as "the tallest show on television" and sees teams stacking their dreams prizes to dizzying heights.

Each episode begins with two families battling to win amazing prizes including cars and holidays. To win the prizes, they just have to build the highest stack. It's understood Stacking It! has not been commissioned for series.

More details about the new dating show will be revealed in due course.
