JOHNNY WEIR TO JOIN DANCING ON ICE AS GUEST JUDGE

American figure skate Johnny Weir is to join the Dancing On Ice judging panel this weekend for Musicals week as the competition continues on ITV1 and ITVX.

Weir will sit-in for Ashley Banjo, who will miss the live show due to the Diversity live tour. Banjo will be back for the semi-final, meaning he will miss a total of three weeks. ITV have not confirmed if Weir will appear for the further two weeks.

Johnny Weir will join fellow judges Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean to judge this weekend's show, which will see a double elimination, plus hosts Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern.

The celebrities who remain in the competition are West End star Amber Davies, Olympic champion and presenter Greg Rutherford MBE, TV personality Miles Nazaire, comedian and writer Lou Sanders, actor Ricky Norwood, broadcaster and DJ Adele Roberts, actor Ryan Thomas, Emmerdale star Roxy Shahidi, and Olympic legend Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards.

Dancing On Ice continues Sundays at 6:20pm on ITV1.
