BEAT THE CHASERS INTRODUCE THE 'SUPER OFFER' IN NEW SERIES WITH ALL SIX CHASERS

ITV’s prime-time smash hit and RTS nominated quiz Beat The Chasers returns for a fourth series, with a new format twist.

For the first time, all six Chasers from the daytime hit series The Chase will join forces on the spin-off show.

When the contestant enters the studio, they answer a maximum of five cash builder questions as normal. If the contestant answers up to four correctly, they will face a minimum of two Chasers, and a maximum of five - depending on which offer they choose.

However, in a new format twist for this series, if the contestant answers all five cash builder questions correctly, they will receive a 'Super Offer' from the Chasers. If they accept the offer, they will face all six chasers in the final round for a huge amount of money - higher than the usual offers seen on the show during previous series.

This new twist means that the vast majority of contestants will still only face a maximum of five chasers, however which chasers they face will continue to be selected at random and will change for each contestant.

Play sees questions swap from contestant to the Chasers. But get a question wrong and their individual or team clock keeps counting down until a question is answered correctly. First to run out of time loses the game.

The fourth series of Beat The Chasers will air this Autumn on ITV.
