CELEBS ON THE FARM MOVES TO MTV

The reality series moves from 5Star to MTV for its new 10-part series.

Presenter and comedian Stephen Bailey will return to front the series and follow 10 celebrities as they test their farmhand abilities against each other in the Yorkshire Dales.

Gemma Hewlett, VP of digital channels, said: “Fun, feel-good and noisy programming is a staple of the MTV slate, and Celebs on the Farm not only fits the mould but is an exciting example of how we’re leveraging our content across the wider VCN UK portfolio.

“With Stephen at the helm, the series will continue to maintain all of the warmth and humour that current fans adore, while bringing in a range of familiar faces that will appeal to a MTV audience.”

UPDATED: The Sun reports that the celebrities signed for the series are Lady Colin Campbell, Shaun Williamson, Montana Brown, Malique Thompson Dwyer, Duncan James, Cheryl Hole, Holly Hagan and Linda Robson.
