South Shore and Motion Entertainment, a WPP Media Company, have been commissioned to co-produce a second series of their hit property format “Can't Sell, Must Sell” for Channel 4, following a successful first series.

The Douglas siblings, Scarlette and Stuart, will be rolling up their sleeves and using their extensive property expertise to help homeowners across the UK sell their seemingly unsellable homes.
From eye-watering carpets and years of clutter to tired decor and layouts that have left buyers running for the door these are the properties that are desperately in need of Scarlette and Stuart’s help. Armed with practical expertise, creative solutions and a healthy dose of elbow grease Scarlette and Stuart will once again do whatever it takes to get these owners moving.
Clemency Green said, “We’re delighted to be bringing Can’t Sell, Must Sell back for a second series. Scarlette and Stuart bring warmth, credibility and real hands‑on expertise to a property market that many homeowners are finding incredibly challenging. The first series offered a fresh and entertaining take on the genre, and this new run promises even more practical solutions, bold transformations and genuinely life‑changing outcomes for those struggling to sell.”
Sam Grace, Head of South Shore Wales said, “This is another great opportunity for South Shore Wales as we continue to strengthen our Cardiff production base. We’re delighted to be working again with Stuart and Scarlette and following them as they help property owners who are desperate to sell and move on with their lives”
Martin Oxley, Motion Entertainment Head of Formats and Entertainment (UK) said, “We’re thrilled to be working with the team at South Shore on this new series, alongside the immensely talented Stuart and Scarlette. Series One was an entertaining and fresh take on the property renovation genre, and we can’t wait to see some of the saves the team undertake in this new run.”
Scarlette Douglas said, “We’re delighted to be back on Channel 4 and to be working with the team at South Shore Wales again.” Stuart Douglas added, “We love helping home owners whose properties are not selling and in this second series, we’ve got some incredible tips and transformations to help any house stand out in the market.”
The new eight-part series will again be made by South Shore’s Cardiff office with Head of Wales Sam Grace as Executive Producer and Claire Nosworthy as Series Editor. The series was commissioned for Channel 4 by Senior Commissioning Editor, Clemency Green. Martin Oxley is the Executive Producer for Motion Entertainment.
