BIG BROTHER TONIGHT: MONDAY 04th NOVEMBER 2024
Here's a rundown of what to expect in tonight's episode of Big Brother, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.
HOUSEMATES BECOME ONE WITH BIG BROTHER NATURE
For today’s task the Housemates will be at one with nature as Big Brother informs them: “You’ll compete in Big Brother Nature’s flower show to gain the coveted prize of best in show. The plant that wins the prestigious prize of best in show, will win a luxurious afternoon garden tea party.”
Big Brother goes on to explain: “However, not all of you will be competing in the show as two of you will become the judges. As Head of House, Emma, you will be my Head Gardener working closely by your side, will be your ever faithful Groundskeeper.”
“Emma, stand up. You must now select who you want to be your trusty groundskeeper.”
As she contemplates her decision, Emma says: “I think I would like Baked Potato to be my Groundskeeper, I think she will judge fairly, she’s loyal and she's just lovely.”
Emma and Baked Potato head to the greenhouse where Housemates' names each appear on a pot alongside a list of descriptions which they must match to each plant.
As they are tasked with identifying the weeds, the wallflowers, the ivy, stinging nettles and roses they first go about identifying the weeds and in particular those who are deemed as a nuisance and spoiling the time in the house, Emma says: “Lily’s a f*cking nuisance, come on, she’s a nuisance.”
As they head back down to their other Housemates to reveal their choices.
Emma selects Nathan as a stinging nettle as she says: “stinging nettles are hard to get close to and have poisonous opinions. He is without a doubt, the stingiest nettle in the house.”
REVELATIONS ARE MADE AT THE BIG BROTHER FLOWER SHOW
Having all grouped into pairs consisting of weeds, wallflowers, ivy’s and stinging nettles, Emma and Baked Potato must mark each performance with only one pair worthy of winning the best in show rosette.
With the ivy’s being chosen as the Housemates that sit on the fence the most, Segun and Thomas are tasked with getting off the fence.
Big Brother says: “Thomas, get off the fence and tell us which Housemate you think is the biggest game player?”
Thomas says: “The person I believe is the biggest game player is Nathan and I believe his actions have been disgusting throughout the house recently, I feel that he’s played into everyone's emotions and being a truly revealing character as the weeks go on.”
Chosen as the rose, Sarah stands alone as she goes around the room describing how each Housemate could improve in order to become more like a rose.
Sarah says: Khaled, I think if you spent less time looking in the mirror and more time looking inward, who knows what it could be. You obviously know you’re very good looking but every now and again you come down from your ivory tower and spend some time with us peasants down here like myself you might learn a thing or two.”
As the flower show draws to a close, Big Brother Nature asks Head Gardener Emma and Groundskeeper Baked Potato to pick which category has grown the most and turned over a new leaf in turn winning access to an exclusive garden tea party.
TODAY’S TASK CAUSES A RIFT BETWEEN SARAH AND KHALED
After Sarah shared her thoughts on Khaled in today’s task they both head over to the kitchen.
Sarah asks: “Are you alright, you’re very quiet?”
Khaled replies: “I’m good, you good?”
Sarah goes on to ask: “Is there something I can do to make you feel better Khaled?”
Khaled remarks: “Bit of distance.”
Shocked by his request, Sarah asks: “Is it me?”
Khaled replies: “I’d just chill for a bit, nothing deep man but just, it’s one of them.”
As Emma joins the conversation, Sarah suggests she joins her in the store room.
Away from the rest of the Housemates, Sarah says to Emma: “Khaled is really p*ssed off.”
Emma asks: “Why, because he didn’t win?”
Sarah explains: “I think because of what I said but I didn’t think it was that bad, it was all a bit of a joke.”
Emma advises: ‘I think it’s more on Khaled than it is on you, everyone knows your hearts in the right place. I don’t think it was that bad, maybe it touched a nerve.”
