BACKSTAGE WITH KATHERINE RYAN 'AXED BY AMAZON AFTER ONE SERIES'

Backstage with Katherine Ryan introduced an all-new live comedy experience, blending stand-up with behind-the-scenes access, in which Katherine Ryan invited names from the world of comedy to perform on-stage and hang out backstage at London’s iconic Roundhouse.

The series featured a star-studded line-up including: Frankie Boyle, Judi Love, Ivo Graham, Jo Brand, Joel Dommett, Rosie Jones, Rob Beckett, Sue Perkins, Jimmy Carr, Desiree Burch, Seann Walsh, Nick Mohammed, Sarah Millican, Joanne McNally, Russell Kane and Darren Harriott.

Katherine Ryan told her podcast: "It's not coming back, though a lot of people really liked it... But it was a really expensive, ambitious show to make and people liked it but ultimately, it didn't get the viewership that they hoped. So that's a shame, that's not coming back. But we move on..."
