NEW AND RETURNING REALITY SERIES SET TO AIR THIS AUGUST REVEALED

The new and returning reality series set to air this August revealed, including new adventure series Destination X and the second series of The Fortune Hotel, Love Is Blind UK and Dating Naked.

Destination X

New Series, BBC One

Merging fantasy with reality in this larger-than-life adventure competition series, viewers will follow contestants as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime but have no idea where they are. In order to win, they must figure out their mystery locations.

Once they're on the blacked-out Destination X bus, the journey transforms into a real-life boardgame with challenges designed to offer clever clues as to their location, along with a few misdirects to keep them, and the viewers, always guessing. Hosted by Rob Brydon.

The Fortune Hotel

Series 2, ITV1

Hosted once again by the inimitable Stephen Mangan, the eight-part series will see a new bunch of holiday makers packing their bags and donning their game faces as they head to a Caribbean paradise with their sights firmly set on the ultimate prize: a briefcase packed with £250,000. 

This series promises an array of all new vital challenges, never before seen twists, high-stakes deception and of course, plenty more helpings of intense case-swapping drama in The Night Cap.

The Inheritance

New Series, Channel 4

Twelve strangers arrive at a grand English country estate, lured by one irresistible opportunity: to inherit a chunk of a vast fortune. The fortune belonged to a glamorous benefactor known only as The Deceased who has left video messages for the players from beyond the grave. 

To release money from The Inheritance, players must work as a team to complete a series of challenges. The better they perform; the more money is released. But The Deceased had a wicked sense of humour and one ruthless condition: to win the game they must persuade all others that only they should be entrusted with the money.

Olivia Attwood's Bad Boyfriends

Eight unsuspecting bad boyfriends will be flown to a Greek island under the premise of filming a series about manhood and bromance in a hedonistic holiday mecca, before getting the shock of their lives when Olivia appears to announce their wild partying days are on hold and to reveal the true purpose of the show - to whip them into better boyfriend shape.

This season, a fresh batch of famous faces are putting their hearts and their romantic destinies in the hands of our dating experts as they risk it all in their pursuit for love!

Stepping through the doors of our brand-new agency this series are Presenter & TV Personality Christine McGuinness, Atomic Kitten legend Kerry Katona, Too Hot To Handle’s Louis Russell, Love Island All Stars’ Olivia Hawkins, and S Club 7 star Jon Lee. And joining the agency at a later date, is master of quizzes, Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett.

Love Is Blind UK

Social experiment dating series hosted by Emma & Matt Willis where single men and women look for love and get engaged, all before meeting in person. They’ll go on dates with a catch: they don’t meet face-to-face. With no distractions from the outside world, the singles talk to potential love interests and when a meaningful connection is made, they propose before laying their eyes on their fiancé for the first time.

Dating Naked UK

Series 2, Paramount+

Dating Naked UK sees ten singletons strip completely naked in their search for love. Tired of the traditional dating methods, the contestants are ditching the modern world and stripping right back to basics. Living stark naked 24/7 in tropical paradise, the singles will be put to the test with drama, dates and shifts in relationship dynamics when more contestants enter. Plus, Rylan will host the Dumping Ground at the end of every episode.
