ADOLESCENCE PROVES A RISING HIT FOR NETFLIX

Award-winning trio, Stephen Graham (Boiling Point, Bodies, The Irishman), Philip Barantini (Boiling Point) and Jack Thorne (The Swimmers, Joy, Help) unite for a four-part limited series Adolescence.

Written by Graham and Thorne, Adolescence is an ambitious crime drama told in a real-time, one-shot style, directed by Philip Barantini. Casting is led by Stephen Graham, Ashley Walters and Erin Doherty.

The four-part series tells the story in real-time of how a family’s world is turned upside down when a 13-year-old boy is arrested and charged with the murder of a teenage girl.

It has been revealed that - so far - Episode 1 of Adolescence has been streamed over 4.7 million times and is the most watched show on Netflix in over 70 countries.
