ADOLESCENCE CONSOLIDATES TO NEARLY 13 MILLION VIEWERS

The acclaimed Netflix drama Adolescence has consolidated to nearly 13 million viewers after 28-days, Broadcast reports.



The drama directed by Philip Barantini and is written by Jack Thorne with lead star Stephen Graham. Further casting includes Ashley Walters, Owen Cooper and Erin Doherty.



Adolescence is an ambitious crime drama told in a real-time, one-shot style, telling the story in real-time of how a family’s world is turned upside down when a 13-year-old boy is arrested and charged with the murder of a teenage girl.


The first episode has consolidated to 6,450,200 viewers in the UK within its first seven days of release, rising to 12.8m million after twenty-eight days.


Adolescence is available now on Netflix.
