ITV are set to revive iconic daytime home renovation series 60 Minute Makeover, 6 years since it was last on screens and a decade since it last aired on ITV.

The format sees one person nominated by a loved one to have selected rooms in their home transformed in just 60 minutes - all without them knowing until they arrive home.

The new series, which comprise of 60 episodes and air in a daytime slot, will again see an interior designer lead a team of decorators through the makeover with the aim of breathing fresh life into homes in need of a face lift.

The format was last on screen in 2018 when Quest Red revived the series with Peter Andre. Andre hosted the last ITV incarnation of the show from 2013-14. Previous hosts were Claire Sweeney, Terri Dwyer and Catherine Gee.
