Fix or Fail is the final ever programme to be made by the iconic, one-off maverick that was VICTOR LEWIS-SMITH.

The infamous writer, producer, broadcaster, satirist and virtuosic hoaxer, managed to finish the edit of Fix or Fail during his short illness before his untimely death last month. And only Lewis-Smith would dare to create, produce, direct and edit a radical new reality business programme by using the fundamental question: Do you learn more from failure than success?
