WOULD YOU RATHER: ROMESH RANGANATHAN TO HOST NEW COMEDY REALITY SERIES ON PRIME VIDEO

Romesh Ranganathan is to host a new comedy reality series, Would You Rather: Decide To Survive, for Prime Video. The new series will launch in 2026.

Hosted by Ranganathan, this game show sees two teams of familiar faces compete in hilarious challenges based on ‘Would You Rather’ decisions. These three simple words decide everything from what they eat to who they send home. One by one, the players will be eliminated until we have our Would You Rather: Decide To Survive champion.

Ranganathan commented: "I'm excited about this new show, and I'm not just saying that because I'm hosting, although that does help. ‘Would You Rather’ is a game that everyone is familiar with and now we're making 10 people live through these choices, which is both hilarious and slightly cruel - the perfect combination for quality entertainment."

Meanwhile, Prime Video has unveiled the line-up for the next installment of hit UK Original Last One Laughing. The brand-new series returns with another selection of comics: David Mitchell, Diane Morgan, Romesh Ranganathan, Amy Gledhill, Maisie Adam, Mel Giedroyc, Alan Carr, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Sam Campbell and inaugural series one winner Bob Mortimer returning to defend his crown.

Earlier this year, it was announced that the brand-new series will be back on screens in 2026 with host Jimmy Carr and his deputy, Roisin Conaty. Series one starring Bob Mortimer, Daisy May Cooper, Joe Lycett, Judi Love, Rob Beckett, Sara Pascoe, Lou Sanders, Joe Wilkinson, Harriet Kemsley and Richard Ayoade launched last year to impressive critical acclaim with Bob Mortimer crowned the series one champion.

In this new series, Jimmy Carr will once again challenge 10 of Britain’s funniest comics to spend the day together without so much as cracking a smile. Over the course of the series, they will use every ounce of their comedic talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up.
