THE VOICE UK TO INTRODUCE THE 'LOCKDOWN BUTTON' AS ITV REFRESHES FORMAT WITH NEW LINE-UP FOR 2027, FIRST LOOK AT NEW LOGO
EXCLUSIVE
The Voice UK have introduced the 'Lockdown Button' for its next series, currently filming and due to air in 2027. The show also has a new logo, which can be seen below.

The new addition to the format replaces the Rewind Button introduced during the current series which will not return. The Lockdown Button comes into play whenever an act receives a four-chair turn and gives the coaches the power to automatically secure that act for their team, effectively bypassing the pitching process and shutting out the other three coaches.
ITV this week revealed the brand new line-up for The Voice UK as Alesha Dixon and Stacey Solomon take the reins as hosts for Series 15. The famous red chairs will see the arrival of two musical forces making their debut as coaches. Platinum-selling rap artist Aitch and global pop icon Cheryl are set to begin their hunt for the nation’s next vocal powerhouse.
These new additions will take their places alongside international superstar Kelly Rowland, who makes her highly anticipated return for a second series as a coach. They join long-standing The Voice UK legend will.i.am.

Fusing legendary industry experience with a vibrant competitive spirit, the latest panel of icons is ready to discover and celebrate the most remarkable and exciting vocal talent emerging from every corner of the country.
ITV added: "[We'd] like to thank the irreplaceable Sir Tom Jones for all his years on The Voice UK, and the countless incredible and unforgettable moments he gave the show. He has brought joy to audiences, and to every singer who performed for him and with him...
...We also thank Emma Willis, Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones for their brilliant contributions, and who all brought so much dedication, expertise and energy to The Voice UK and wish them the very best of luck as they embark on their next chapters."
The Voice continues Saturday nights on ITV1 and ITVX.
