ALAN CARR JOINS THE MASKED SINGER AS PANELLIST AS ITV REVEALS 'RIVALS TEAMS' TWIST FOR NEW SERIES

ITV announced that award-winning comedian, broadcaster, and national treasure Alan Carr will officially join the show for the upcoming series of the smash-hit entertainment show, The Masked Singer.

But in a series twist, Alan Carr with his razor-sharp wit, infectious laugh and hilarious commentary, will be bringing his own rival team of detectives, the ‘Wild Cards’, to the show with him to guess the identities of the celebrities hidden behind the masks.

Carr and his team will go head to head against rival super-sleuths Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan, Maya Jama and Jonathan Ross, now known as the ‘Legends’. Carr and his team will aim to give the ‘Legends’ a run for their money to work out who is behind the masks and be crowned the best detectives of The Masked Singer 2027.

Joel Dommett also returns to host the musical guessing game, as they attempt to unmask a brand-new cast of bold and beautiful characters. No stranger to the show, Carr previously charmed audiences as a guest panelist on The Masked Singer.
