Netflix reveal cast for Seasons 5 and 6 of The Crown
The producers of The Crown have announced that actress Elizabeth Debicki, known for roles in Peter Rabbit, MacBeth and The Night Manager, will play Princess Diana.
Elizabeth commented: "Princess Diana’s spirit, her words and her actions live in the hearts of so many. It is my true privilege and honour to be joining this masterful series which has had me hooked from episode one."
Also announced to be starring in the final two seasons are Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret and Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip.
