BBC MAKE SCHEDULE CHANGES TO SILENT WITNESS, WATERLOO ROAD AND EASTENDERS FOLLOWING FA CUP DRAW

The BBC has made changes to its schedule following the latest FA Cup draw which means the BBC will now air football on Tuesday 16th January.

The BBC will show coverage of the FA Cup third round replay between Bristol City v West Ham United, which has resulted in schedule changes for Silent Witness, Waterloo Road and EastEnders.

The episode of Silent Witness originally planned for Tuesday 16th January will now air on Monday 22nd Jan, with remainder of the series being pushed back a week. The episodes planned for 22nd and 23rd January will air on 29th and 30th January and the series will then continue to air twice a week.

TV Zone understands BBC will show a repeat on Tuesday 23rd January in place of Silent Witness. It's expected that episode of Silent Witness originally planned for Tuesday 16th will be available on iPlayer from 15th as originally planned.

Waterloo Road is being pushed back a week, with no linear episode next week. The episode planned for Tuesday 16th January will now air on Tuesday 23rd January.

EastEnders will now air Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week.
