High Stakes

High Stakes was a primetime ITV gameshow hosted by Jeremy Kyle, which rand for one series of eight episodes in Autumn 2011.



The format gives a single contestant the chance to win up to £500,000 by solving clues and avoiding traps on a floor grid. Each contestant's play consisted of six stages, with each stage bringing with it a cash prize.



Stage 1 was for £1,000 with Stage 6 £500,000. The grid consisted of six rows of seven consecutive numbers - each row corresponded to a different stage of the game.



The series was produced by ITV Studios.
