RATINGS REPORT: 16-22 SEPTEMBER 2024

The first live show of Strictly Come Dancing was watched by 8,134,000 making it by far the biggest programme of the week across all channels. It was followed by Celebrity Race Across The World with 5,461,000 for its series finale.
New BBC drama Nightsleeper continued with 4,655,000 and 5,209,000 for Episodes 2 and 3 respectively. Opposite on ITV, Grace continued with 4,257,000. On Saturday night, BBC One launched new drama Apples Never Fall to 3,944,000. On Channel 5, All Creatures Great & Small was watched by 3,319,000.
Two big reality series launched on Monday night. Married At First Sight UK made a triumphant return to E4 with 2,195,000 for its highest rating episode of the week. My Mum You Dad returned to ITV for its second series, with all episodes outside the top-50 programmes of the week and below 2.15m.
In soaps, Coronation Street was the most watched of the week on Monday night with 4,361,000. Emmerdale's highest episode was also Monday night with 3,799,000 and EastEnders hit a high on Tuesday night with 3,593,000.
In non-scripted, Gogglebox continued with 3,030,000, Celebrity MasterChef with 3,036,000, Who Do You Think You Are with 2,913,000, The Hit List with 2,657,000 and Mortimer & Whitehouse Gone Fishing returned with 2,402,000 for its new series. The Voice UK continued with 2,345,000.
