RATINGS REPORT: 29 SEPTEMBER-05 OCTOBER 2025, MOST WATCHED SHOWS REVEALED

The latest 7-day consolidated ratings for programmes shown or released for the last week have been released by BARB. The top-50 breakdown can be found on BARB's website here.

Strictly Come Dancing dominated the week, with 7,474,500 tuning in to Saturday's live show, followed by 6,991,800 for the results show on Sunday night. The Great British Bake Off was close behind with 6,723,400.



Have I Got News For You returned to BBC One with 4,586,000, whilst Antiques Roadshow continued strong with 4,456,000. On Saturday night, The Weakest Link returned with 3,859,100, DIY SOS returned with 2,675,900, Alan Partridge returned with new series How Are You? to 2,840,900.


In drama, BBC police drama Blue Lights returned for its third series to 4,070,400 on Monday night. ITV launches new heist drama Frauds with Suranne Jones and Jodie Whittaker to 3,313,600. 3,091,800 watched the final episode of ITV's Coldwater, whilst The Hack continued with 2,680,500.



Elsewhere, Nine Bodies In A Mexican Morgue continued with 3,017,600 for its second episode, with 2,999,000 tuning in to 5 for the second episode of All Creatures Great And Small. Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home was watched by 2,672,500 and Married At First Sight UK hit a high with 2,608,500.


In soaps, Coronation Street hit a high on Monday night with 3,857,700. Emmerdale with 3,766,200 and EastEnders with 3,243,400.
