RATINGS REPORT: 25-31 MAY 2026, MOST WATCHED SHOWS REVEALED

The latest 7-day consolidated ratings for programmes shown or released for the last week have been released by BARB. The top-50 breakdown can be found on BARB's website here.



The penultimate episode in the series of Have I Got News For You became the most-watched title of the entire week across all channels and streamers by a margin of more than one million viewers. The topical panel show was watched by 5,380,100.



The live final of Britain's Got Talent - won by the Hawkstone Farmers Choir - was watched by 4,373,400 on Saturday night. Elsewhere in non-scripted, Interior Design Masters continued with 2,676,900, Soccer Aid For UNICEF returned to 2,471,400, Reported Missing returned to 2,030,100, and 2,160,500 watched Richard Madeley: Inside The World's Mega Prison on Channel 5. Who Do You Think You Are returned to BBC One with 3,225,300.


In drama, Channel 4 launched new drama Tip Toe from writer Russell T Davies. The series launched with 2,355,400 on Sunday night. Elsewhere, A Taste For Murder concluded with 2,247,900, Two Weeks In August continued with 2,388,400. Death Valley and Amandaland continued with 3,186,100 and 3,536,400 respectively.
