DOCTOR WHO RATINGS: REVOLUTION OF THE DALEKS SPECIAL

Ratings are in for Doctor Who's latest episode.



Revolution Of The Daleks has an average overnight audience of 4.69 million viewers. This makes it BBC One's most watched programme of New Year's Day. The most watched programme overall was ITV's Coronation Street with 5 million.


2019's New Year's Day special Resolution entertained 5.15 million viewers with a share of 22.4% of the available TV audience. This later consolidated to 7.13 million viewers after 7-days.


2020's Series 12 opener, which also aired on New Year's Day, averaged 4.88 million viewers - BBC One's biggest audience of that day. This later consolidated to 6.89 million after 7-days.
